This is a very special post.
This cake is actually made by my best friend, Veronica, for her boyfriend Anthony.
She took the trouble to come all the way over and baked him a perfect, delicious, mouth watering fruit cake packed with walnuts, almonds, raisins, nutmeg, cinnamon, mixed spice and lots of BRANDY!
I must say this is one heck of a delicious cake!
She went for simple design though, with a cartoon tiger sitting on top to represent her boyfriend,

and 3 cupcakes to represent her msg of love.
All I did was helped her out on the fondant sculpting part.
The entire cake was done by Veronica.
It was a fun day!
